Here is some information regarding swim meets!

Prior to the Meet

• Volunteer for a meet job - Complete by end of business on the Friday before meet.
• Declare your swimmer for the meet - Complete by end of business on the Friday before meet.
• Instructions for how to do both are located here. 

Day of Meet Logistics

• Swimmer and volunteer check in procedure - For AWAY meets check in by 5:15 with the TSA Rep. For HOME meets check in by 4:45.
• What to bring:
  • Plenty of water and healthy snacks - you and your swimmer will be on deck for an extended period of time
  • Extra towels
  • Hats for spectators/volunteers
  • Sunscreen
  • Lawn, camping chairs
• Expect to be on the pool deck until 8:00 - 9:00 PM
